The terms — so it stays good for both of us
Hours cover development, QA and communication on your tasks, reported weekly. New builds over 30 hours get a short discovery and a fixed quote. Excluded: copywriting, licences, hosting fees, design from scratch.
Your tier sets how many tasks are in progress at once (1, 2 or 3). More work queues behind them — it's capacity, never unlimited work.
Small tasks start within your tier's start time. Delivery dates for each task are agreed in writing before work begins.
Fixes that bring the build in line with the approved design are included — and free if the miss was ours. Design changes after sign-off are new work and use hours.
Up to 20% of unused hours roll into the next month, then expire. Two quiet months in a row and we'll suggest a smaller tier.
$110/hour, only with your written approval. It's higher than every tier on purpose — a bigger block is always the better deal.
Same-day starts at 1.5× when capacity allows. Never assumed, always confirmed.
One shared channel, one named contact each side, replies within one business day, a written or Loom update every week. We don't talk to your client unless you ask — and then it counts as hours.
Retainers billed monthly in advance by bank transfer or card. Projects: 50% to start, 50% on staging approval.
Pilot first. Retainers: 3-month minimum, then month to month with 30 days' notice. Rates held for 6 months.
No BLNKD branding in code, footers or files. We work in your tools, under your name.
Mutual NDA before any files change hands.
Everything we build transfers to your agency on payment.
We never approach clients introduced through you. It's written into the agreement.
No juniors on partner work. The founder reviews every build before it ships.
Based in Cebu (UTC+8): full-day overlap with Australia, regular overlap hours for the UK and US.

No. You reserve a set number of hours and active tasks — a guaranteed place in the queue, not an all-you-can-eat plan. That's how quality stays high for every partner.

Only if you want them to. By default we're invisible.
Most of it is confidential by agreement — the same protection you'll get. Our own work is public, we can walk you through selected work privately where agreements allow, and the pilot lets you judge us on your own project.
Because you're paying for senior people, written process and QA, not hours at the lowest rate. The cost of a rebuild or a missed launch is higher than the difference.
Yes, when you need it — quoted separately. Most partners bring their own design.
