01 / 14 01 — The challenge

What wasn't working

A studio that sells content marketing is judged on its own content before anyone reads a word of the offer. The business serves several very different markets — restaurants, clinics, trades — and a single generic services page speaks to none of them. Visitors arriving from social media had no obvious next step beyond scrolling.

02 / 14 02 — The objective

What success had to look like

Make the site do the job the studio sells: prove the capability on sight, speak to each market in its own language, and give a ready visitor one clear way to start a project.

03 / 14 03 — The approach

How we decided to solve it

Lead with the outcome, not the origin story
What the client gets comes first; who the company is earns its place further down, once the offer has landed.
A section per market
Instead of one 'industries we serve' list, each market gets room to be addressed directly, so a visitor recognises their own situation instead of translating a generic promise.
Let the work update itself
The studio publishes constantly, so the page pulls in its own live output. The proof stays current without anyone maintaining it.
One action, repeated
Every section resolves to the same next step, so the page converts whether someone reads all of it or a third.

Making the promise legible in one line

The hero states what the studio does for a business in a single sentence, with the primary action beside it — no scrolling required to understand the offer.

Showing the work instead of describing it

Live social output and client logos sit inside the page, so the visitor sees the studio's actual voice rather than a claim about it.

Giving each market its own door

Markets are separated so a restaurant owner and a dental practice each meet language written for them.

07 / 14 05 — Key decision 01

Clear positioning before credentials

Visitors decide in seconds whether a page is for them. Putting the offer above the biography buys the attention the rest of the page needs.

08 / 14 05 — Key decision 02

Proof that maintains itself

Embedding live output means the newest work is always on the page. A portfolio that ages is a portfolio that stops persuading.

09 / 14 05 — Key decision 03

Speed protected despite embeds

Social feeds, video and maps are the heaviest things a content business needs. Caching and asset optimisation keep the page quick so the proof doesn't cost the visit.

10 / 14 05 — Key decision 04

Publishing without a developer

The team adds posts, markets and pages themselves. A site that needs a developer to stay current quietly stops being current.

11 / 14 06 — The outcome

What changed

The studio now has a site that demonstrates its service rather than describing it: the offer is understandable in one screen, each market is addressed directly, live work keeps the proof fresh, and the team publishes without help.

In one line

A content studio whose own site undersold it now has a page that proves the service in the first screen — and keeps proving it every time they publish.
